📦 Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

🚚 UK Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected countries.

Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
